Exceptions to the 14-day return period:

  1. Custom-made rims: Rims manufactured according to individual customer requirements are excluded from the right of return due to their personalization.
  2. Quality-checked items: Each rim undergoes a thorough quality control inspection before shipping. Returns due to minor scratches that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the rim are not permitted.
  3. Rims with special coatings: Rims with special coatings are subject to additional inspection. Returns will not be accepted if the coating has been damaged by the use of harsh cleaning chemicals or other misuse.
  4. Customer-caused damage: Rims showing signs of damage due to improper use, installation errors or other forms of improper handling by the customer are excluded from the right of return.

Return process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the 14-day period, providing your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary information, including return shipping instructions.

Please note that returns must be made in the original packaging and the rims must not show any signs of assembly or significant signs of use.

Refund policy:

Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some processing time before the refund appears in your account, as this can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned rims do not meet the conditions set out in our policy.
